Joe Woodard

Joe Woodard earned a BA (Political Science), MA (Political Philosophy), MA (Liberal Studies), and Ph.D. (Government - Claremont Graduate School). He spent 15 years as an academic, 15 years as an editor/journalist, and 11 years as a federal tribunal judge. He married Kathy in 1986; they raised ten children, many now married and raising grandchildren.
